For more than a year, LATICRETE has been gathering feedback and information from those who matter most, our customers.
The question: how is our audience changing, and how do they shop for and select the installation products for their projects?
What we learned is it is not just the commercial pros seeking high-end results. A new generation of bucket and trowel installers, DIYers, and residential contractors is changing the landscape of our industry, and our products needed to evolve with the times.
What resulted is one of the biggest “makeovers” for LATICRETE® products in years.

Q. Quando entrerà in vigore il nuovo packaging?
Un. I primi prodotti a ricevere questo trattamento inizieranno nel 2023 con i nostri nuovi prodotti nella nostra finestra di lancio 1 (LW1). Continuerai a vedere vecchi imballaggi sugli scaffali man mano che questo processo prende piede nel corso dell'anno.

R. No, il prodotto all'interno della confezione rimane lo stesso, solo una nuova confezione premium da abbinare al prodotto premium all'interno della confezione.
Q. Cambierete i numeri di parte/codici a barre?
R. No, tutti i numeri di parte e i codici a barre rimarranno invariati.
Q. Posso continuare a vendere il mio inventario attuale nella vecchia confezione?
R. Sì! Tieni presente che questo lancio avverrà nel corso dell'anno. Il prodotto che hai è ancora buono da vendere e utilizzare.
Q. Quali cambiamenti avverranno con i pallet?
Un. Tutti i prodotti in polvere e i pallet pick (pallet con prodotti misti) verranno spostati su un nuovo pallet da 44"x44". I prodotti a secchio completo continueranno a utilizzare un pallet da 40 "x48".
Q. Quando entreranno in vigore le modifiche ai pallet?
Un. La tempistica dei cambi pallet coinciderà con il roll-out del nuovo packaging per SKU.
Q. La quantità di prodotto per pallet cambierà?
R. No, i pallet continueranno ad avere lo stesso numero di sacchi, l'altezza rimane la stessa e il numero di pallet per camion rimane lo stesso.
D. C'è qualcos'altro che dovrei sapere sul cambio pallet?
Un. I nuovi pallet più piccoli continueranno ad avere un accesso a quattro vie (possono essere sollevati da tutti e quattro i lati). Più avanti nel 2023, questo passerà all'accesso bidirezionale.
